by After due deliberation, we have decided to base the start of The Abnormal's story line in New York City, specifically Manhattan Island. This is in direct relation to our New York, so google maps may be used as and when appropriate.
For the first Chapter of the Abnormal, ALL roleplay will be done on Manhattan Island. For the purposes of bringing the characters together, please adhere to these rules. No use making a character all the way out in Beirut to RP with yourself.
This does not mean, however, that you cannot be a non-american. There are a thousand and one reasons your character could have ended up in New York, from tourist to migrant to fleeing the end of the world and more. Please be diverse in your concepts, but keep it on Manhattan Island.
